The house is about 2,500 sq ft and was built at end of 2018. The room is about 11 x 10 ft and is unfurnished, but a full-size bed can be provided if needed. Room is downstairs and next to a shared bathroom. My wife, baby and I live in the house too and we have one cat. No pets of your own. No shoes inside the house. No smoking inside (you can smoke outside). In-house washer and dryer. The current residents are of ages 26 - 40, except for the baby. We prefer someone in a similar age range.
