My home is located in safe gated community in Spring Valley near Flamingo and Teneya Way. The room is 10 X 10 downstairs and unfurnished W/ closet and it's own bathroom in the room. I have cable / WIFI and all utilities are included in the rent. I'm looking for someone employed full time and dayshift only. I will consider a retired person on a fixed income on an individual basis. No heavy drinkers or druggies... period ! I'm a very quiet person and I hope to find someone that would like to live in a VERY QUIET and stable environment. What I'm not looking for is a couple to share the room or a dirty person in the kitchen... no pets please an no smoking in the house. No drama or issues ! I will not reply to emails or LONG TEXT MESSAGES if you have any questions If you are allergic to pets I have cats so, this will not work for you... sorry. I am not looking for more pets in my home as well. |
